At Aspen Rentals, we rent, repair, and operate the equipment that keeps cities and industries running. From belt presses to complete dewatering systems, our work supports wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and municipal utilities across the U.S.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who take pride in doing things right. Whether you’re turning a wrench in the shop or running a press on-site, you’ll be part of a crew that helps communities manage water safely and efficiently.
Our main facility in Angleton, Texas is the center of everything we do. Here, our mechanics, welders, and dewatering technicians rebuild presses, test polymer systems, and prepare equipment for projects across the country.
It’s hands-on work. Mechanical, technical, and detail-oriented. Some days it’s fabrication and hydraulic repair; other days it’s testing a 2-meter belt press bound for a wastewater plant. If you’re mechanically inclined and like solving problems with your hands, you’ll fit in fast.
Typical responsibilities include:
Rebuilding and testing belt presses and related equipment
Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and component repair
Welding, fabrication, and hydraulic line work
Polymer system setup and field prep
Experience helps, but the right attitude matters more. If you’re curious and dependable, we’ll train you in the rest.
Our operators travel to wastewater treatment plants, refineries, and industrial job sites to install, run, and maintain dewatering systems. You’ll work directly with plant crews, run performance tests, and make sure every system meets its production targets.
No two days look the same. Sometimes you’re fine-tuning sludge feed rates; other times, you’re training operators or troubleshooting pumps. We look for adaptable, safety-minded people who like hands-on problem solving and aren’t afraid of a little travel.
If you’ve worked around pumps, valves, clarifiers, or other wastewater process equipment, great. If not, we’ll give you the training you need to become a certified dewatering technician.
Competitive pay with overtime opportunities
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Travel expenses covered for field assignments
Opportunities to grow within a nationwide operation
If you’re ready to build a career in an essential industry, we’d like to hear from you.
